Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 5 - 7 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. Please get in touch for information regarding order tracking, especially for international orders.
Products on our site are subject to availability, and delays may occur outside our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. We do our best to keep customers informed when we know there will be a delay.
TAXES & IMPORT DUTY
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes; these costs are the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS
As the customer, you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
We want you to receive your Namawe goods in the perfect condition as we send them. If goods purchased through this website are damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns should be posted to the above address within 7 days of receipt. You're entitled to a full refund or replacement if the goods are rejected due to a defect or discrepancy in the order.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Namawe before we give a refund or replacement. When returning items, we recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid, and you, the Customer, will remain liable for the full payment.
